Public notice is given, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993, the Registrar of Companies must remove The Coromandel Adventure Company Limited (in liquidation), whose registered office is situated at 109 Carlton Gore Road, Newmarket, Auckland, from the New Zealand Register on the grounds that the documents referred to in section 257 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993 have been sent or delivered to the Registrar of Companies, thereby completing the liquidation pursuant to section 249 of the Act.
