Notice is hereby given that on the 5th day of October 2004 at 9.00 a.m., it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that PPC Holdings Limited be liquidated and that Anthony John McCullagh, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
