2004, Stephen Rex Tietjens and Andrew John McKay,
chartered accountants, both of Auckland, were appointed
joint and several receivers and managers of the property of
LFGK Limited under the powers contained in a debenture
dated the 6th day of November 2003 given by that company.

The Property in Receivership is: All of the company’s
undertaking, property and assets.
