Fisheries (Green-Lipped Mussel Total Allowable Catch) Notice 2004 (No. F300)

Pursuant to section 14 of the Fisheries Act 1996, the Minister of Fisheries gives the following notice.

Notice

  1. Title—This notice is the Fisheries (Green-Lipped Mussel Total Allowable Catch) Notice 2004.
  2. Commencement—This notice comes into force on 30 September 2004.
  3. Application—This notice applies on and from 1 October 2004.
  4. Interpretation—In this notice, the reference to "species" has the same meaning as in Part 1 of Schedule 3 to the Fisheries (Reporting) Regulations 2001 and the reference to "quota management area" has the same meanings as in section 369S of the Fisheries Act 1996.
  5. Total Allowable Catch—On and from 1 October 2004 the total allowable catch for green-lipped mussel in quota management area 9 is that amount stated in the final column of the Schedule to this notice.

  1. Title—This notice is the Fisheries (Green-Lipped Mussels Total Allowable Commercial Catch) Notice 2004.
  2. Commencement—This notice comes into force on 30 September 2004.
  3. Application—This notice applies on and from 1 October 2004.
