Cashbuild Property No. 1 Limited (struck off and in liquidation)

Notice to Shareholders

A surplus in the liquidation of Cashbuild Property No. 1 Limited (“Cashbuild”) of approximately $1.40 per share is available for distribution to shareholders.

Cashbuild was a Wellington-based investment company associated with Richard Clarke, James Quirk and Mervyn Quirk.

Persons beneficially entitled to a shareholding in Cashbuild must contact the liquidator with proof of their entitlement within one calendar month from the publication of this notice.

On completion of the liquidation, any surplus not apportioned to shareholders will be paid to the Crown liquidation surplus account pursuant to section 316 of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidator is John Marshall Scutter, whose contact details are care of Active Chartered Accountants, P.O. Box 31-040, Lower Hutt, telephone (04) 586 4645.

Joint Family Homes Act Notice

The undermentioned persons have applied under the Joint Family Homes Act 1964 to register as a joint family home the land described below.

The land will be registered accordingly unless a caveat forbidding the granting of the application is lodged with me under that Act at the Wellington Office of Land Information New Zealand before the 6th day of January 2005, by some person claiming either to be a creditor of the applicants or to have some estate or interest in the said land.
