On the 8th day of September 2004, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that BRC Holdings Limited be liquidated and that Russell K. D. Rodgers, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.

The liquidation commenced on the 8th day of September 2004 at 11.00 a.m.

The undersigned does hereby fix the 15th day of October 2004, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have.
