On the 31st day of August 2004, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that Wakatipu Developments Limited be liquidated and that Bruce Donald Gemmell, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed as liquidator for the purpose.

The liquidation commenced on the 31st day of August 2004 at 10.00 a.m.
