Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that on the 8th day of September 2004, Rodney Gane Pardington and Grant Stephen Jarrold, chartered accountants of Auckland and Christchurch respectively, were appointed as receivers and managers of the property of The Building Depot Limited (in receivership) under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 27th day of August 2003.

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s present and after acquired property including all personal property.

The Offices of the Receivers and Managers are at: Deloitte, Chartered Accountants, 8 Nelson Street, Auckland.
