Appoint a Commissioner

Pursuant to section 78N (1) of the Education Act 1989,
I hereby dissolve the Kaikoura High School Board of
Trustees and direct the Secretary for Education to appoint a
commissioner to replace that board.

All functions, powers and duties of the board of Kaikoura
High School are vested in the commissioner.

The appointment takes effect the day after the date of
publication.

Private Schools Conditional Integration

Act 1975

Supplementary Integration Agreement

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional
Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary
integration agreement has been signed between the Minister
of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, acting
through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry
of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the
proprietor of the following school:

St Claudine Thevenet School (formerly St Patrick’s
School, Wainuiomata).

The said supplementary integration agreement was executed
on 6 September 2004.

A copy of the supplementary integration agreement is
available for inspection without charge by any member of
the public at the local office of the Ministry of Education,
Second Floor, 65 Waterloo Road, Lower Hutt.
