Notice of Granting an Open Aviation Market Licence

Pursuant to section 87U of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, section 41 (1) of the State Sector Act 1988, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 29 March 2000, I, John Gibson Bradbury, Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Transport, hereby give notice that I have granted to Norfolk Jet Express Pty Limited an open aviation market licence authorising the airline to operate international air services for the carriage of passengers, cargo and mail between points in New Zealand and points in Australia.
