Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Neil Raymond Donnell and Paul John McCormick, chartered accountants of Grant Thornton Auckland Limited, were appointed liquidators of Airport Development (No2) Limited.

The liquidation commenced on the 24th day of August 2004 at 10.30 a.m.

The directors have resolved that the company is solvent and will be able to pay its debts.
