Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Neil Raymond Donnell, chartered accountant of Grant Thornton Auckland Limited, was appointed liquidator of Lanterra Limited.

Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the New Zealand Register

This notice replaces notice ds5434, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 19 August 2004, page 2483.

Take notice that it is intended to remove North Otago Irrigation Number 2 Company Limited (“the company”) from the New Zealand Register, under section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that it has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors, and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Companies Act 1993.
