In terms of Regulation 33 (1) (b) (i) (C) of the Customs and Excise Regulations 1996, the following material has been determined for the purposes of paragraph 1 (b) (iii) of Article 3 of the Australia – New Zealand Closer Economic Relations Trade Agreement, 1983, with effect from the date specified.
