For European Union Sheepmeat and Goatmeat Tariff Rate Quota and United States Beef and Veal Tariff Rate Quota:
Applications by New Entrants for Reserved Quota Allowance Allocations, together with fees payable, are due by
1 September 2004.
Applications and fees from General Quota Holders are due by 15 October 2004.

In relation to the European Union Sheepmeat and Goatmeat and High Quality Beef Tariff Rate Quotas, the tariff rate applying
to "in quota" imports is zero.

The United States Beef and Veal Tariff Rate Quota has a tariff rate applying to "in quota" imports of US$0.044 per kilogram
on most beef products.

The manuals are currently being updated on the web site http://www.nzmeatboard.org/wdbctx/corporate/exporting.home and
hard copies are available from the board.

be $30.00 (inclusive of G.S.T.).

licensed premises as from and including 1 October 2004 shall be $4.20 (plus G.S.T.).

Pursuant to Part 6, section 130 (1) of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2004 ("the Act"), the following
notice is given.

This notice sets out the fees to be charged by the Occupational Therapy Board of New Zealand under the Act, from the
commencement of Part 6, section 130 (1) on 18 September 2004.

Notice

  1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Occupational Therapy Board (Fees) Notice 2004.

(2) This notice comes into force on 18 September 2004.

  1. Fees—The Occupational Therapy Board of New Zealand sets the following fees, payable to the board, specified in the attached Schedule.

  2. Tax—The fees are inclusive of goods and services tax (G.S.T.).
