Funeral Service Training Trust of New Zealand

Pursuant to section 5 of the Industry Training Act 1992,
full recognition has been granted for the Funeral Service
Training Trust of New Zealand to set standards at Levels
1 to 8 on the National Qualifications Framework for the
funeral industry (defined as funeral directing and embalming)
for a further period of five years with effect from 24 June
2004.

The New Zealand Seafood Industry

Council Limited

Pursuant to section 5 of the Industry Training Act 1992,
full recognition has been granted to The New Zealand
Seafood Industry Council Limited as an Industry Training
Organisation for the seafood industry to set standards at
Levels 1 to 8 on the National Qualifications Framework for
a further period of five years with effect from 26 June 2004.

Electricity Act 1992

Making of Electricity Governance Amendment

Rules (No. 6) 2004

Pursuant to section 172I of the Electricity Act 1992, and
having regard to the matters set out in sections 172E
and 172H, I notify the amendment of the Electricity
Governance Rules 2004 ("the Rules").

The empowering provisions for the electricity governance
regulations, in relation to which the amendment to the
Rules is made, are sections 172D (2) (a), (b) and (e) of
the Electricity Act 1992.

The amendment consists of the insertion of the "System
Operator Ancillary Services Procurement Plan" (for
implementation for a 12-month period beginning 1 November
2004) as Schedule C5 of Part C of the Rules.

This rule comes into force on 16 September 2004.

Copies of the Rules, including this amendment, may be
inspected free of charge or purchased from the
Electricity Governance Board (also known as the Electricity
Commission), Level Seven, ASB Tower, 2 Hunter Street,
Wellington.
