I hereby give notice of an application lodged with me for the issue of a Computer Register to the below-named applicants, under section 19 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the land described below. Such Computer Register may be issued unless caveat forbidding the same is lodged on or before the 30th day of September 2004.

Land: An estate in fee simple in 1605 square metres, more or less, being part Mangateretere East Block, 7N Ahuriri District, which is part of the land in Crown Grant Register Volume 7, folio 158, and being part of the land now shown as Part Lot 1, LT 331458, such land being part of the land granted to Te Meihana Takihi, Henare Tamoana, Karemoa Pohatu, Manaina Tini, Reihana Paukina, Menahi Te Apaapa, Te Wirihana Ponomai and Heremaia Huruhuru, all of Ahuriri, by grant dated the 3rd day of October 1866, Hawke’s Bay Registry.

Approval of Code of Practice—Agriculture (Notice No. 1353)

Pursuant to section 28 of the Agricultural Compounds and Veterinary Medicines Act 1997 (“the Act”), the Director-General of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry hereby gives notice that:

1. the code of practice set out in the Schedule hereto is approved as suitable to receive statutory recognition for use in the management of risks under the Act; and
2. the approval of the code of practice set out in the Schedule hereto will take effect on the day following the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette; and
