Road Realignment—State Highway No. 3, Eight Mile Junction, Waitomo District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3), shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 1218/96, subject to Gazette Notice B. 610060.1.

(c) Pursuant to sections 117 and 120 (3), declares the stopped road described in the Third Schedule to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 1218/96, subject to Gazette Notice B. 610060.1.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, forms part of State Highway No. 47 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 117 (7), amalgamated with the land in Proclamation 1883.
