On the 23rd day of December 2003 at 12.00 midday, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named company be put into liquidation and that Rowan John Chapman, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
