Commodity Levies (Orchard Fruit) Order 2001

Notification of Rate of Levy for Year Ending 30 September 2004

The New Zealand Fruitgrowers Federation hereby advises that, in accordance with Clause 11 (2) of the Commodity Levies (Orchard Fruit) Order 2001, the rate of levy for the year ending 30 September 2004 was fixed at the annual conference of the Federation held on 28 July 2003 as follows:

“The levy rate remains at 0.07% of the gross sales value ($7.00 per $10,000.00 of sales) of all orchard fruit plus G.S.T.”

Advertisement of Application for Winding Up of Company

Take notice that on the 14th day of April 2003, an application for the winding up of Beauchamp Logging Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Invercargill.

The application is to be heard before the High Court at Invercargill on Monday, the 18th day of August 2003 at 10.00 a.m.

Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.

The plaintiff is Raymond Douglas Harraway, whose address for service is at the offices of Cruickshank Pryde, 42 Don Street (P.O. Box 857), Invercargill.

Further particulars may be obtained from the office of the Court or from the plaintiff or the plaintiff’s solicitor.
