Declaring Land Taken for Road—Porirua City

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand,
declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to
be acquired for road and vested in the Porirua City Council
on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Road Realignment—Factory Road, Cheviot

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to
a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described
in the First Schedule to this notice to be acquired for road
and vested in the Hurunui District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the
portions of road described in the Second Schedule to be
stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3):

(i) The area firstly described shall be amalgamated with
the land in Computer Register CB25K/87.

(ii) The areas secondly and fourthly described shall be
amalgamated with the land in Computer Register
CB25B/1097, subject to mortgage A. 481489.5 and
statutory land charge A. 482079.1.

(iii) The area thirdly described shall be amalgamated
with the land in Computer Register CB33K/80,
subject to electricity easement in gross A. 452395.1,
mortgage A. 52058.5 and variation A. 484056.3.

(iv) The area fifthly described shall be amalgamated with
the land in Computer Register CB29A/911, subject
to right of way easement certificate 618769.6.

(c) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described
in the Third Schedule to this notice to be taken as
severance and:

(i) The area firstly described shall be amalgamated
with Computer Register CB33K/80, subject to
electricity easement in gross A. 452395.1, mortgage
A. 52058.5 and variation A. 484056.3.

(ii) The area secondly described shall be amalgamated
with Computer Register CB25B/1097, subject to
mortgage A. 481489.5 and statutory land charge
A. 482079.1.

(iii) The area thirdly described shall be amalgamated
with Computer Register CB29A/911, subject to right
of way easement certificate 618769.6.
