Pursuant to section 78N (3) of the Education Act 1989, I hereby appoint

Joan (Pepi) Walker

as commissioner to the kura, following the resignation of the previous commissioner

Erima Henare.

All functions, powers and duties of the board of Te Kura Reo Rua o Matawaia are to be vested in the commissioner.

This notice takes effect the day after the date of publication of this notice.

Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975

Supplementary Integration Agreements

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that supplementary integration agreements have been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietors of the following schools:

• Sacred Heart School, Thorndon.
• St Theresa’s School, Plimmerton.

The said supplementary integration agreements were executed on 22 January 2003.

Copies of the supplementary integration agreements are available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the regional office of the Ministry of Education, 65 Waterloo Road, Lower Hutt.
