Waterworks—Thames-Coromandel District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, hereby
amends the notice dated the 1st day of August 1958, headed
Taking an Easement for Waterworks in Favour of the Thames
Borough Council, and published in the New Zealand Gazette,
7 August 1958, No. 48, page 1022 (Document S. 146681,
South Auckland Land Registry), by deleting from the First
and Second Schedules in that notice, the land shown in the
First and Second Schedules below, respectively.
