Notice of Vacancy in Seat in House of Representatives

Pursuant to section 134 (1) of the Electoral Act 1993,

I, Jonathan Lucas Hunt, Speaker of the House of Representatives, give notice that Graham Desmond Kelly has resigned his seat in the House of Representatives with effect on Friday, 25 July 2003, and that the seat is vacant by reason of that resignation.
