Tax Administration Act 1994

Notice of Withdrawal of Product Ruling

1. This is a notice of withdrawal of a product ruling under section 91FJ of the Tax Administration Act 1994.

2. Product ruling No. 01/09 is being withdrawn.

3. Product ruling No. 01/09 related to the engagement of persons by Deltarg Distribution Systems Limited pursuant to a standard form contract for the delivery of newspapers, leaflets, brochures, catalogues, advertising material, samples and other similar items to households and other premises throughout New Zealand. It applied for the period 1 April 2001 to 31 March 2006. Notice of its making appeared in the New Zealand Gazette, 24 May 2001. It is being withdrawn effective 16 August 2003.

Notice of Product Ruling

1. This is a notice of a product ruling made under section 91F of the Tax Administration Act 1994.

2. Product ruling No. 03/14 was issued on 4 July 2003. Its period of application will commence on 16 August 2003. It relates to the engagement of persons by Deltarg Distribution Systems Limited pursuant to a standard form contract, for the delivery of newspapers, leaflets, brochures, catalogues, advertising material, samples and other similar items to households and other premises throughout New Zealand. It will appear in Inland Revenue’s Tax Information Bulletin, Vol. 15, No. 7, of July 2003.

Pursuant to section 103 of the Immigration Act 1987, Her Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has been pleased to appoint

to be a member and the presiding member of the Deportation Review Tribunal for a term of three years on and from the date hereof; and further appoint

Claire Walsh Duncan, bookseller of Auckland

to be a member of the Deportation Review Tribunal, also for a term of three years on and from the date hereof.
