In our opinion:

• proper records have been kept by The Community Trust of Wellington and its subsidiary company as far as appears from our examination of those records; and
• the financial report:
  • complies with generally accepted accounting practice;
  • fairly reflects the financial position of The Community Trust of Wellington and its subsidiary company as at 31 March 2003 and the results of its operations and cash flows for the year ended on that date.

Our audit was completed on 5 June 2003 and our unqualified opinion is expressed as at that date.

Advertisement of Application for Winding Up of Company by the Court

Take notice that on the 10th day of April 2003, an application for the winding up of Tickled Pink Design Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.

The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 17th day of July 2003 at 10.00 a.m.

Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.

Pursuant to Section 243 Companies Act 1993

We, Vivian Judith Fatupaito, insolvency practitioner, and John Anthony Waller, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, were declared to be replacement liquidators of Project Works Construction Limited at a meeting of the creditors, pursuant to section 243 (6) of the Companies Act 1993, on the 25th day of June 2001.

Notice is given that a meeting of creditors is to be held by way of postal ballot.

Any creditor may cast a postal vote on all or any of the matters to be voted on by forwarding a completed voting form to:

(b) P. R. Jollands and C. J. Jollands should act as liquidators of the company.
