  1. This is a notice of a public ruling made under section 91D of the Tax Administration Act 1994.

  2. Public Ruling No. 03/04 entitled “Payments made by parents or guardians of students to state schools – G.S.T. treatment” was issued on 20 June 2003. BR Pub 03/04 applies from 20 June 2003 to 20 June 2006. It will appear in Inland Revenue’s Tax Information Bulletin, Vol. 15, No. 7, of July 2003.

Under section 72 (3) of the Employment Relations Act 2000, the Minister of Labour has delegated the power to approve courses for Employment Relations Education (ERE) Leave to the ERE Advisory Committee.

Civil Aviation Act 1990

Civil Aviation Rules

In accordance with section 34 (1) (a) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice of his intention to make ordinary rules in the following Civil Aviation Rule Part:

Part 67—Medical Standards and Certification, a rewrite of Part 67 including the medical standards and certification of pilots and air traffic controllers, the certification and operating requirements of medical examiners, and procedures relating to the convener.

Comments on the proposed rule should be submitted to the Ministry of Transport by 8 September 2003.
