I, Andrew Marchel Oorschot, hereby give notice that for the purpose of winding up solvent, non-trading companies and pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, I was appointed as liquidator of Christchurch Rural Properties Limited, Gloucester Street Properties Limited, Hornby Properties Limited, Leeston Property Limited and Victoria Square Properties Limited with effect from the 25th day of June 2003 at 10.00 a.m.

Notice of Meeting of Creditors

The directors have resolved that these companies were solvent prior to my appointment and therefore, pursuant to section 243 (8), no creditors’ meeting is required to be called.

Pursuant to Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that as liquidator of the above-named companies, I fix the 31st day of July 2003, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 (as amended), or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice of Meeting of Creditors

The Companies Act 1993

On the 26th day of June 2003, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named companies be liquidated and that David Neville Cooke and Laughlin Glenn Keaney, chartered accountants of Tauranga, be appointed jointly and severally as liquidators for the purpose.

The liquidations commenced on the 26th day of June 2003 at the following times:

• Airport Oaks Accident & Medical Centre Limited at 4.00 p.m.,
• Accident & Medical Centre (Ti Rakau) Limited at 4.01 p.m.,
• Accident & Medical Clinic (Chartwell) Limited at 4.02 p.m.,
• Kapiti Coast Accident and Medical Centre Limited at 4.03 p.m.,
• Accident and Medical Clinic Linwood Care Limited at 4.04 p.m.,
• Accident and Medical Clinic Riccarton Care Limited at 4.05 p.m.,
• Care Clinics Limited at 4.06 p.m.

Pursuant to section 255 of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidator has determined that no creditors’ meeting will be called as having regard to the assets and liabilities of the companies, the likely result of the liquidation of the companies and other relevant matters, there is no need for a meeting to be held.

Accordingly, unless a creditor gives notice in writing to the liquidator within 10 working days after receiving this notice that a meeting is required, no meeting will be called.
