Advertisement of Application for Putting Company into Liquidation

Take notice that on the 23rd day of May 2003, an application for putting Roxburgh Construction Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Invercargill.

The application is to be heard before the High Court at Invercargill on the 18th day of August 2003 at 10.00 a.m.

Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.

The plaintiff is the Commissioner of Inland Revenue, whose address for service is Technical and Legal Support Group, South Island Service Centre, First Floor, 165 Cashel Street (P.O. Box 1782), Christchurch.

Application, having been made to me under 5628945.1, pursuant to section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, by Darcy Lloyd Sterling, farmer of Matakohe, the registered proprietor of the land in certificates of title NA1636/7 and NA1636/8, to notify the extinguishment of the easement memorial:

“Subject to the right of access by existing Māori tracks until properly defined roads are laid off.”

Notice is hereby given of my intention to note the extinguishment of the said easement against the said certificates of title upon the expiration of 14 days from the date of the publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
