as liquidators of Roselli Pharmacy Limited with effect from
the 20th day of June 2003 at 10.30 a.m.
The directors have resolved that the company was solvent
prior to our appointment and therefore, pursuant to section
243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, no creditors’ meeting is
required to be called.
