On the 19th day of June 2003, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Builders Arms Limited be liquidated and that Gordon L. Hansen, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
