NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE

Land Acquired for Road—State Highway No. 1, Paraparaumu, Kapiti Coast District

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981 and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for road which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 1 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Schedule to this notice shall be stopped as road and, pursuant to section 117 (3) (b) of the Act, that land shall be vested in the adjoining landowner whose land is described in the Second Schedule.
