NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE

1903

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 6 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116, 117, and 120 (3), declares the road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and further declares that:

(i) The land firstly described shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Register NL1B/753, subject to mortgage 315010.5.

(ii) The land secondly and thirdly described shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Register NL1B/752, subject to mortgage 315010.5.

(iii) The land fourthly, fifthly and sixthly described shall be amalgamated with the land Computer Register NL6A/907, subject to mortgage 315010.5.

(iv) The land seventhly described shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Register NL9C/369, subject to mortgage 315010.5.

(c) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be taken for severance and further declares that the land shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Register NL6A/907, subject to mortgage 315010.5.

(d) Pursuant to section 52, declares the stopped road described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be set apart for a segregation strip and shall remain vested in the Crown.

(e) Pursuant to section 20, declares the land described in the Fifth Schedule to this notice to be taken for segregation strips and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
