Rate of Duty for Other Suppliers
The rates of duty established for other suppliers (except African Gabions (Pty) Limited and Finmesa Investment Corporation), calculated as an ad valorem percentage of the declared value for duty of the subject goods, is as follows:

Education Act 1989
Te Kura Kaupapa Māori o Te Hiringa
Pursuant to sections 146 and 155 of the Education Act 1989, the Minister of Education hereby gives the following notice.
Notice
- This notice may be cited as Te Kura Kaupapa Māori o Te Hiringa.
- This notice shall come into force on the day of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
- I hereby establish a full primary school called Te Kura Kaupapa Māori o Te Hiringa and designate the school as a Kura Kaupapa Māori.
- The school will operate in accordance with Te Aho Matua.
- The special characteristics of Te Kura Kaupapa Māori o Te Hiringa are:
Ko te tino hiahia o te whānau ko te poipoi i te tamaiti; kia rangona tōna ihi, tōna wehi, tōna tapu; kia tipu tōna mana me tōna rangatiratanga; kia tū pakari, tū rangatira ia hei raukura mō tōna iwi.
To nurture the child so that his/her uniqueness, power and prestige be felt and heard so that his/her power and chiefliness grow in bounds and that he/she stands tall and strong showing leadership qualities as a role model for his/her people.
The above is to be achieved through the following:
- Development of te reo Māori.
- Building an awareness of their own whakapapa, whanaungatanga and iwi heritage.
- Knowledge of the tikanga of the local iwi, Ngati Raukawa.
- Teaching our children to have values, respect, integrity and dignity when dealing with all issues of life.
- Ensuring our children have respect for their bodies through development of a programme stressing long term healthy practices.
- Ensuring our children have the best academic curriculum that our whānau can provide.
- Constitution of the board of trustees—The board of trustees of Te Kura Kaupapa Māori o Te Hiringa shall comprise:
(a) five people appointed by the Minister;
(b) the principal or principal designate; and
(c) not more than four persons co-opted by the board.

Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975
Supplementary Integration Agreement
Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:
Christian Renewal School, Whangarei.
The said supplementary integration agreement was executed on 17 December 2002.
A copy of the supplementary integration agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the regional office of the Ministry of Education, 39-45 College Hill, Ponsonby, Auckland.
