registered office at Wellington:

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 341 of the Act, the company intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand and that a notice will be delivered to the

Registrar requesting that the company be removed from
the Overseas Companies Register on the grounds that, at the date of such request, the company will have ceased to carry on business in New Zealand.

Any objection to the removal of the company from the Overseas Companies Register must be delivered to KPMG Legal, 89 The Terrace, Wellington (Attention: Ross O’Neill), no later than Monday, the 24th day of March 2003.
