Gary Traveller and John Howard Ross Fisk, chartered accountants of Wellington, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named companies by the shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”), on the 16th day of January 2003 at 10.00 a.m., the date and time that the liquidations commenced.

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Gary Traveller and John Howard Ross Fisk, chartered accountants of Wellington, were jointly and severally appointed liquidators of Georgia-Pacific NZ Company (“the company”) on the 17th day of January 2003 at 10.00 a.m., by the sole shareholder of the company.

This is a liquidation of a solvent company.
