Psychologists Act 1981

Psychologists (Fees) Amendment Notice 2003

Pursuant to section 41A of the Psychologists Act 1981, the following notice is given.

Notice

1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Psychologists (Fees) Amendment Notice 2003 and should be read in conjunction with the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 7 December 2000, page 4277.

(2) This notice comes into force on 1 July 2003.

2. Fees—The Psychologists Board sets the following fees payable to the board specified in the attached Schedule.

3. Tax—The fees are inclusive of goods and services tax.

Fees Payable:

Application for registration from a New Zealand trained psychologist under section 13 (1) (c) (options A-D) of the Psychologists Act 1981: $315.00
Application for registration under the Trans Tasman Mutual Recognition Act 1997: $315.00
Application for registration from an overseas trained psychologist under section 13 (1) (d) of the Psychologists Act 1981: $585.00
