Employment Relations Education Leave: Approved Courses

Under section 72 (3) of the Employment Relations Act 2000, the Minister of Labour has delegated the power to approve courses for Employment Relations Education (ERE) Leave to the ERE Advisory Committee.

The ERE Advisory Committee has approved the following courses:

Title: Productive Workplace Relations

Title: Developing Good Faith Skills

Title: Health and Safety in the Workplace

Title: A Guide to Minimum Employment Conditions in New Zealand

Cadastral Survey Act 2002

Temporary Closure of Land Information New Zealand Processing Centres and Facilities

Pursuant to section 9 (c) of the Cadastral Survey Act 2002, this is to certify that I authorise the closure of Land Information New Zealand (LINZ) facilities, being the Landonline survey and title service and all LINZ processing centres on Monday, 7 July 2003, for the purpose of maintenance of the cadastral component of Landonline.

Land Transfer Regulations 2002

Temporary Closure of All Land Information New Zealand Processing Centres

Pursuant to Regulation 40 of the Land Transfer Regulations 2002, I hereby give notice that all Land Information New Zealand (LINZ) processing centres will be closed to the public for the transaction of business on Monday, 7 July 2003.

The Landonline system will also be unavailable for remote access by registered users on Monday, 7 July 2003.

The purpose of the office closure and system unavailability is to allow for a major upgrade of the database technology that supports the Landonline system.

Notice of Claim

This notice is given pursuant to section 101 (2) of the Public Trust Act 2001.

To all creditors and claimants of FRS Plastering Services Limited (a company that was deregistered in September 2001):

The sum of $8,225.00 has been paid to Public Trust to hold in the name of the deregistered company.

A claim has been lodged by Fordy Allan Ratahi, a former director and sole shareholder of the company.

The Public Trust is proposing to pay the amount of the claim (less associated costs) to Fordy Allan Ratahi, subject to any notice of claim being received on or prior to 20 July 2003.

Any person having any interest in priority to that of the claimant’s is to submit a claim to the National Manager Public Trust Central Service Centre, P.O. Box 31-543, Lower Hutt (Attention: Ken Southam), on or prior to the above-mentioned date.

Note: This is the first and only notice of this claim.
