Take notice that on the 16th day of May 2003, an application for putting Zambesi Holdings Limited (trustees of the Zambesi Trust) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.

The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 26th day of June 2003 at 10.45 a.m.
