Robin Michael Seal, insolvency practitioner, was appointed liquidator of Norfolk Lodge Limited (in liquidation) on the 22nd day of May 2003 at 11.30 a.m., pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Notice is given, under section 245, that:

1. The liquidator does not consider that a meeting should be held.
2. The creditors, from initial examination, appear to be paid in full.
