Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993

On the 28th day of May 2003, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Radiata Holdings Limited be liquidated and that Lyall Walton Brown, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.

The liquidation commenced on the 28th day of May 2003 at 5.00 p.m.

Notice is given that the liquidator of Radiata Holdings Limited (in liquidation) fixes the 27th day of June 2003, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
