I, Murray Sherwin of Auckland, being a Director of UnitedNetworks Limited, solemnly and sincerely declare that, having made all reasonable enquiry, to the best of my knowledge, the information attached to this declaration is a true copy of information made available to the public under the Gas (Information Disclosure) Regulations 1997.

And I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true, and by virtue of the Oaths and Declarations Act 1957.
