Traffic Regulations 1976

Approval of Brake Testing Device

Pursuant to Regulation 88 of the Traffic Regulations 1976, and pursuant to the powers delegated to me by the Director of Land Transport Safety, I, Laszlo Andras Hidvegi, Senior Engineer, Safer Vehicles Policy, hereby approve the brake testing device specified in the Schedule to this notice for the purpose of testing brakes according to the requirements of Regulation 68 of the Traffic Regulations 1976.

Second Schedule

Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes and as a Specially Protected Area

Under the Conservation Act 1987 and a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Conservator for the West Coast Conservancy of the Department of Conservation declares the land described in the Schedule is held for conservation purposes, and further, declares that the land is to be held as a wilderness area to be known as the Adams Wilderness Area.

Canterbury Land District—Ashburton District

Local Government (Marlborough District and Tasman District) Boundary Alteration Notice 2003

Pursuant to section 37P (2) (b) of the Local Government Act 1974, the Minister of Local Government gives the following notice.

Notice

1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Local Government (Marlborough District and Tasman District) Boundary Alteration Notice 2003.

(2) This notice comes into force on the day after the date on which it is published in the New Zealand Gazette.

2. Boundary alteration—The boundaries of Marlborough District and Tasman District are altered by excluding the areas described in the Schedule to this notice from Marlborough District and including them in Tasman District.
