Corrigendum

Restoration of Company to the Register of Companies
The Companies Act 1993

The following company was reinstated to the Register of Companies on the 5th day of May 2003:

Gellert Developments Limited (in liquidation). 469416.

It had been removed under section 318 (1) (c) of the Companies Act 1993 on the grounds that no liquidator was acting. This was incorrect. The liquidation was continuing. However, notice of the intended removal was given in error to a former liquidator. The procedure for its removal was null and void (refer Re Crott’s Application (1991) 5 NZCLC 67,325) and it is proper that the Register be corrected by its reinstatement.
