and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,

declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having
been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to
this notice is acquired for the Ngauranga-Basin Reserve
Motorway and vested in the Crown on the date of
publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Road Realignment—Mapara Road, Taupo District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation
from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert
Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described
in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in
the Taupo District Council, saving and excepting all
minerals within the meaning of the Land Act 1924, under
the surface of the land.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the
portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this
notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in
Computer Register 29832, subject to a right (in gross) to

Partial Revocation of a Notice Imposing Height Restrictions on Land for the Purposes of the Functioning and Operation of the Former RNZAF Airbase at Wigram, Christchurch

Pursuant to section 54 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand,
hereby revokes that part of the notice dated the 12th day of
December 1986, imposing height restrictions on the erection
or placing or extension of any building, pole, mast, or other
structure of any kind, or the growing of any tree or shrub
within designated approach and take off flight paths on land
adjacent to the former RNZAF Base, Wigram, published in
the New Zealand Gazette, 18 December 1986, No. 205, page
5507, by excluding the following area from the Schedule.
