Pursuant to section 119 of the Legal Services Act 2000, the Legal Services Agency gives notice that the:

• Legal Services Board (Civil Legal Aid Applications) Instructions 1992
• Legal Services Board (Civil Legal Aid Charges) Instructions 1999
• Legal Services Board (Reporting) Instructions 1999
• Legal Services Board Civil Legal Aid (Waitangi Tribunal) Instructions 2000

will all be revoked on Monday, 19 May 2003.

Privacy Act 1993

Privacy Act Code of Practice Notice

Pursuant to section 49 of the Privacy Act 1993, I give notice as follows:

1. The Telecommunications Information Privacy Code 2003:
   (a) was issued on 2 May 2003; and
   (b) will come into force on 1 November 2003 (except for clauses 3 (e) and (f) of Schedule 2 which will come into force on 1 April 2005).

2. Copies of the code may be inspected free of charge at the offices of the Privacy Commissioner, 51-53 Shortland Street, Auckland, and 109-111 Featherston Street, Wellington.

3. Copies of the code are available for purchase from the offices of the Privacy Commissioner and may be inspected or downloaded free of charge from the web site:

Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes

Pursuant to section 7 (1A) of the Conservation Act 1987, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager, West Coast Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule below is held for conservation purposes and it shall thereafter be so held.

Notice of Approval for Land to be Sold, Otherwise Disposed Of or Modified, Pursuant to Section 5 of the Harbour Boards Dry Land Endowment Revesting Act 1991

Under the Harbour Boards Dry Land Endowment Revesting Act 1991, I, Chris Carter, Minister of Conservation, hereby approve the sale of the following parcel of land currently vested in the Grey District Council, being part of the land described in Part C of the Schedule to the Harbour Boards Dry Land Endowment Revesting Act 1991, under the description “Greymouth Harbour Lands” and being more particularly described in the Schedule.

Residential land proposed for sale by the Grey District Council, pursuant to the Reserves and Other Lands Disposal Act 1982, and the Harbour Boards Dry Land Endowment Revesting Act 1991.
