Ambulance Officers of NZ Inc, whose registered office is situated at care of Grant Thornton, 47 Cathedral Square, Christchurch, from the New Zealand Register on the grounds that the society has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors, and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution, the Companies Act 1993 and the Incorporated Societies Act 1908.

Notice is given that unless written objection to the removal of the society is sent or delivered to the Registrar, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, by the 16th day of June 2003 (being a date not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice), the Registrar may remove the society from the Register.
