Pharmacist and Pharmacy (Fees) Notice January 2003

Title and commencement—This notice may be cited as the Pharmacist and Pharmacy (Fees) Notice January 2003 and shall come into force on 16 February 2003.

Fees—Pursuant to sections 56A and 56C of the Pharmacy Act 1970, the Council of the Pharmaceutical Society of New Zealand sets the following fees payable to the society specified in the Schedules to this notice.

Tax—The fees are inclusive of goods and services tax where applicable.

This notice is subject to the Regulations (Disallowance) Act 1989.

This Regulation may be inspected at Pharmacy House, 124 Dixon Street, Wellington, or on the society’s web site www.psnz.org.nz
Schedule 1
Application for registration from applicants registered in countries with which the society has no reciprocal agreements as from 16 February 2003 (all fees are inclusive of G.S.T. in New Zealand dollars):

*Step 3 only applies to applicants who are invited to attend an interview after the assessment panel considers there was insufficient to determine whether their qualifications were equivalent to a New Zealand B.Pharm.
**The three-day Pharmacy Law and Ethics Workshop, which is voluntary, is offered and strongly recommended prior to the examination.
Schedule 2
Pre-registration programme for New Zealand Bachelor of Pharmacy Graduates as from January 2003* (all fees are inclusive of G.S.T. in New Zealand dollars):

Physiotherapists (Fees) Notice 2003

Title and commencement—This notice may be cited as the Physiotherapists (Fees) Notice 2003 and shall come into force on 1 April 2003.

Fees—Pursuant to section 29C of the Physiotherapy Act 1949, the Physiotherapy Board of New Zealand sets the fees levies payable to the board specified in the Schedule to this notice.

Tax—The fees are inclusive of goods and services tax.

This notice is a Regulation for the purposes of the Regulations (Disallowance) Act 1989.
Schedule
Pursuant to section 29A of the Physiotherapy Act 1949, the board gives notice that the following fees are payable (G.S.T. inclusive), effective from 1 April 2003:

| For admission to the State Examination for any student physiotherapist | |

| under section 10 (a) of the Act | 140.00 |
| under section 10 (b) of the Act | 600.00 |
| For the issue of a certificate of registration | 30.00 |
| The issue of an annual practising certificate: | |
| under section 29A (1) (c) of the Act | 225.00 |
| For the restoration of a name to the register, pursuant to an | |
| application under section 16 (4) of the Act | 52.00 |
| For amending the register to add further qualifications, pursuant to | |
| an application under section 14 (1) of the Act | 52.00 |
| For a certificate of temporary registration | 140.00 |
| For the correction of a name in the register, pursuant to an | |
| application under section 18 (2) of the Act (not being a case to which | |
| the proviso to that subsection applies) | 12.00 |
| For supplying any document for the purpose of enabling a physiotherapist | |
