Land Declared Crown Land—Lake Maraetai, South Waikato and Taupo Districts
Pursuant to section 42 (3) (b) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Declares the land firstly and secondly described in the Schedule to be Crown Land, subject to the Land Act 1948.
(b) Declares the land thirdly described in the Schedule to be Crown Land, subject to the Land Act 1948 and subject to easement H. 516044.1.
