Education Act 1989
Amendment to Annual Cost of Borrowing Notice
The notice titled Annual Cost of Borrowing, published in
the New Zealand Gazette, 12 December 1991, page 3867, is
amended by:
(i) deleting the phrase
“section 67 (1AA)”
in line one and substituting the phrase
“section 67A”; and
(ii) inserting after the words
“operational activities”
in line nine, the words
“plus an amount equal to the guaranteed
reimbursement by the Ministry of Education
for information and communications technology
equipment lease costs”.
This notice shall come into force on the date of its
publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
