Change of Purpose of a Reserve and Appointment to Control and Manage a Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation changes the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule from a local purpose (site for Girl Guide hall) reserve to a local purpose (community building) reserve and, further, appoints the Picton Toy Library Incorporated to control and manage the reserve for local purpose (community building) purposes, subject to the provisions of the Act.

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the appointment of the Girl Guides Association of New Zealand Incorporated to control and manage the local purpose (site for Girl Guide hall) reserve described in the Schedule.
